Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the TrvlPckr mobile application (the “App”) operated by Bearapp Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The App

TrvlPckr helps you plan trips, packing lists, and itineraries. Some features (such as unlimited trips, trip history, or AI-assisted itineraries) may require a paid Premium subscription.

Web access, if offered, may be view-only. Creating trips and in-app purchases are intended for the iOS and Android apps.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the App. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate others or misuse the App.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of content you create in the App (such as trips, notes, packing items, and photos you upload). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the App for you.

You are responsible for content you submit and must have the rights to upload any photos or materials you add.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:
 • Attempt to access other users’ data or break security controls
 • Reverse engineer or abuse the App or our APIs except as allowed by law
 • Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
 • Overload or disrupt our services
 • Scrape or automate access in a way that harms the service

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms are violated.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

Premium subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play and processed by those stores and RevenueCat. Prices shown in the App come from the store.

• Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase
 • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
 • Manage or cancel in your Apple or Google subscription settings
 • Restoring purchases is available in the App where supported

Refunds are handled under Apple’s or Google’s policies. We cannot cancel store billing on your behalf from inside the App.

6. AI features

AI itinerary suggestions are generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your plans. Always verify travel details yourself. AI features may require Premium and a working network connection.

7. Third-party services and links

The App may include Partner links to third parties (for example Klook tours). We may earn a commission if you book. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites or purchases you make outside the App.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. It is posted at:

 By using the App, you also agree to that policy.

9. Account deletion, sign-out, and canceling Premium

These are different actions:
 • Sign out — ends your session; your data remains
 • Cancel subscription — Premium ends at the end of the billing period; your account remains
 • Delete account — removes your TrvlPckr account and associated app data under our control

Deleting your account does not cancel an active store subscription. Cancel in Apple or Google settings to stop renewals.

10. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free AI output, or that weather, packing, or itinerary suggestions will meet your needs.

Travel involves risk. You are solely responsible for your travel decisions, documents, visas, health requirements, and safety.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Bearapp Limited AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR PREMIUM IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

12. Changes to the App and Terms

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App and delete your account if you wish.

13. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and may delete your account in the App. We may suspend or end access if required for security, legal, or Terms-violation reasons.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Bearapp Limited, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
