Agreement

These Terms of Use are a contract between you and Bearapp Limited for 16 Types Battle. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.

The app

16 Types Battle is a personality-scenario game. Four-letter type labels are used as nicknames for play. The app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a licensee of The Myers-Briggs Company. It is not a clinical or employment assessment.

Accounts

You must provide accurate sign-in details and keep your password or store account secure. You may delete the account at any time in Settings. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, abuses other players, or attempts to interfere with billing or the service.

Purchases

The app is free to download. Optional one-time In-App Purchases include Premium (ads-free forever) and separate question packs (Office Politics, Family Dinner, Dating Disasters). Premium does not unlock packs. Packs do not include Premium. Prices are shown in the store before you buy. Billing is handled by Apple or Google. Restore purchases in Settings if you reinstall or change devices. Refunds follow Apple or Google policy.

Ads

On the free plan, a rewarded ad may appear after a set number of matches. Watching the ad (or Premium) lets you continue. Ads are provided by Google AdMob.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse-engineer the app except as allowed by law, scrape the question banks, harass others, or use the service for anything illegal. Challenge links are for playing with people you choose; do not use them to impersonate someone else.

Content and availability

Scenarios are fictional humour. We may change questions, prices, or features. The app is provided “as is.” We do not promise uninterrupted service or that a type result has any meaning outside the game.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bearapp Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, goodwill, or play progress, arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Law

If you are a consumer, your mandatory local rights still apply. Otherwise these terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and courts there have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory local rule says otherwise.
