Privacy policy
1. Who we are
MapBridge is an independent iOS and Android utility that converts Google Maps links into Amap (高德地图) navigation links for destinations in mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau.The app has no account system, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, or MapBridge-operated backend for user data.
2. Data stored on your device
MapBridge stores the following information locally on your device:
Conversion history
Saved places
Google Takeout import results
App preferences
A short-lived coordinate cache
History, saved places, and the coordinate cache are encrypted using an OS-protected key. This data is not uploaded to MapBridge or shared with us.
You can clear history and imported places inside the app. Uninstalling the app removes its local data, subject to your device backup settings.
3. Clipboard access
When Clipboard Monitoring is enabled and MapBridge is open, the app reads the clipboard to look for a Google Maps link.MapBridge keeps only a detected Google Maps URL for the current session. Unrelated clipboard text is not saved or displayed.Your device may show a clipboard-access notice. You can turn Clipboard Monitoring off in Settings at any time.
4. External services and data sent
MapBridge sends the Google Maps URL you provide to Google when it:
Resolves shortened Google Maps links
Retrieves a Google Maps page
Extracts coordinates or place information from a Google Maps URL
Google handles those requests under its own privacy policy.
Nominatim / OpenStreetMap
If a Google Maps link does not contain usable coordinates, MapBridge may send place or address text extracted from that link to Nominatim, operated through OpenStreetMap, to find coordinates.
Hong Kong Government Address Lookup Service
For relevant Hong Kong destinations, MapBridge may send extracted place or address text to the Hong Kong Government Address Lookup Service to find coordinates.MapBridge does not send your account details, unrelated clipboard contents, or device GPS location to these services.
Amap / AutoNavi
When you choose Open in Amap, MapBridge opens Amap with the destination coordinates and optional place name.Amap/AutoNavi handles that interaction under its own privacy policy.
5. Google Takeout imports
Google Takeout JSON or ZIP files are read and processed on your device.MapBridge extracts valid saved-place names, addresses, Google Maps URLs, and coordinates for the local Saved list. The import file is not uploaded by MapBridge.
6. What MapBridge does not do
MapBridge does not:
Require an account
Sell user data
Run advertisements
Track you across apps or websites
Collect analytics
Collect crash reports
Access your device GPS location
Collect your name, email address, phone number, or account profile
Collect advertising identifiers or create usage profiles
Upload Google Takeout files
7. Children’s privacy
MapBridge is not directed to children under 13 or the applicable age of digital consent.The app does not create accounts or knowingly collect personal information from children.

MapBridge 是一款獨立的 iOS 及 Android 工具，將 Google 地圖連結轉換為適用於中國大陸、香港及澳門目的地的高德地圖導航連結。
本應用程式沒有帳戶系統、廣告 SDK、分析 SDK，亦沒有由 MapBridge 營運、用於處理用戶資料的後端服務。
2. 儲存在您裝置上的資料
MapBridge 會在您的裝置上儲存：
轉換記錄
已儲存地點
Google Takeout 匯入結果
應用程式偏好設定
短期座標快取
轉換記錄、已儲存地點及座標快取會使用由作業系統保護的金鑰加密。這些資料不會上傳至 MapBridge，亦不會與我們分享。
您可以在應用程式內清除記錄及已匯入地點。解除安裝應用程式會移除其本機資料，但仍可能受您的裝置備份設定影響。
3. 剪貼簿存取
當您開啟「剪貼簿監控」且 MapBridge 正在運作時，應用程式會讀取剪貼簿，以尋找 Google 地圖連結。
MapBridge 只會在目前工作階段保留偵測到的 Google 地圖網址。無關的剪貼簿文字不會被儲存或顯示。
您的裝置可能會顯示剪貼簿存取提示。您可以隨時在「設定」中關閉此功能。
4. 外部服務及傳送的資料
當 MapBridge 需要解析縮短的 Google 地圖連結，或擷取 Google 地圖頁面時，會將您提供的 Google 地圖網址傳送至 Google。
Google 會按照其私隱政策處理相關請求。
Nominatim／OpenStreetMap
如果 Google 地圖連結不包含可用座標，MapBridge 可能會將從該連結擷取的地點或地址文字傳送至由 OpenStreetMap 運作的 Nominatim，以尋找座標。
香港政府地址查詢服務
對於相關的香港目的地，MapBridge 可能會將擷取的地點或地址文字傳送至香港政府地址查詢服務，以尋找座標。
MapBridge 不會向這些服務傳送您的帳戶資料、與連結無關的剪貼簿內容，或裝置 GPS 位置。
高德地圖／AutoNavi
當您選擇「在高德地圖開啟」時，MapBridge 會以目的地座標及可選的地點名稱開啟高德地圖。
高德地圖／AutoNavi 會按照其私隱政策處理相關互動。
5. Google Takeout 匯入
Google Takeout JSON 或 ZIP 檔案只會在您的裝置上讀取及處理。
MapBridge 會擷取有效的已儲存地點名稱、地址、Google 地圖網址及座標，以建立本機「已儲存」清單。
MapBridge 不會上傳 Google Takeout 匯入檔案。
6. MapBridge 不會做的事
MapBridge：

不會出售用戶資料
不會投放廣告
不會跨應用程式或網站追蹤您
不會收集分析資料
不會收集當機報告
不會存取您的裝置 GPS 位置
不會收集您的姓名、電郵地址、電話號碼或帳戶資料
不會收集廣告識別碼或建立使用者行為設定檔
不會上傳 Google Takeout 檔案
7. 兒童私隱
MapBridge 並非為 13 歲以下，或低於適用數碼同意年齡的兒童而設。
本應用程式不會建立帳戶，亦不會故意收集兒童的個人資料。
8. 政策變更及聯絡方式
如本政策有任何變更，我們會更新應用程式內的政策內容及「最後更新」日期。
