These terms govern use of Kiko — Your PawCare Tracker.

Agreement

By downloading, accessing, or using Kiko — Your PawCare Tracker (package identifier com.bearapp.kiko), provided by Bearapp Limited, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Kiko. Questions can be sent to support@bearapplimited.com.

Your account and household

You are responsible for your account credentials, the accuracy of information you add, and the people you invite or permit to join a shared household. Household records are shared with household members. You must be old enough to enter into this agreement under the laws that apply to you.

Acceptable use

Use Kiko lawfully and only for pet-care tracking. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful content, or use the service to harm people, animals, or systems.

Not veterinary or legal advice

Kiko, including reminders, records, nearby-place results, exports, and AI symptom-check responses, is for general informational and organisational purposes. It is not veterinary, medical, emergency, legal, financial, or other professional advice. AI responses can be incomplete or inaccurate and must not be relied on as a diagnosis or treatment plan. Contact a qualified veterinarian, emergency clinic, or other appropriate professional for advice.

Third-party services

Kiko relies on services including Clerk, RevenueCat, Apple App Store or Google Play, OpenAI, Replit AI, Sentry, Expo, APNs, FCM, and Google Places when their related features are used. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service. To the extent permitted by law, Kiko is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly stated in these terms.

Liability and contact

To the extent permitted by law, Bearapp Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Kiko. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited. These terms may be updated by posting a revised version in the app. Contact support@bearapplimited.com with questions.
